There is a degree of unhappiness and anxiety among business travelers worldwide, as over half of global business travelers are not happy with their current schedules. Many businesses are returning to their pre-pandemic travel schedules, spread across fewer employees. According to the 2022 SAP Concur travel survey, employers are at risk of higher talent turnover unless they address travel schedule factors such as flexibility, health, and safety. Nearly one-quarter of business travelers are considering looking for a new job if their schedules do not improve.
