The Bellagio Resort & Casino’s popular Conservatory & Botanical Gardens recently revealed a never-done-before immersive dining concept called the Garden Table. The Garden Table will give guests the opportunity to enjoy curated culinary creations right in the heart of the conservatory. The creations will change seasonally and will be created by the hotel’s award-winning culinary team.

Now through September 10th, the Conservatory’s “Jungle of Dreams” summer display is the setting for the Garden Table experience by dining around 28 animal sculptures and over 10,000 flowers and plants. The Garden Table will change to complement the Conservatory’s changing themes. Bellagio Vice President of Food & Beverage, Josef Wagner says, “The sights and sounds, colors, and energy of the Conservatory, combined with chefs Michael Mina and Mario Carbone curating the culinary journey, make for an epic experience that only the Bellagio can deliver.”

The Garden Table is expected to become one of Las Vegas’ most in-demand private dining experiences, accommodating up to six guests with reservations limited to two hours each.
