After a decade of unparalleled growth, The Dollywood Company is embarking on an ambitious investment strategy that will see the Smoky Mountain vacation destination invest more than half of a billion dollars over the next 10 years across its properties. One of the first projects in the campaign is the 302-room Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort.

The new lodge will be adjacent to Dollywood Theme Park, Dollywood’s Splash Country Water Park and Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, and will offer a variety of retail and culinary experiences, Camp DW activities and entertainment and an epic pool complex. The lodge will also be the home of an event center, complete with 26,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor space. The lodge is expected to open sometime in 2023 but will begin accepting reservations fall of 2022.
