According to weekly meeting and event planner sentiment surveys conducted by i-Meet, the number of face-to-face programs on the books for the second half of 2021 is increasing quickly. As of late May, 52% of meeting planners had face-to-face programs booked for Q3 of this year, up from the 39% who had programs booked for Q3 at the beginning of the month. Likewise, 64% had such programs booked for Q4 of this year, up from the 55% indicated only a few weeks prior. Only 5% of meeting planners had no face-to-face programs booked in the future at all, down from 12% early May. (Business Travel News, 06.08.21)
