To prepare for its upcoming busy winter season, the Breckenridge Office of Tourism is offering a “Breck 101” training program for guest service workers (such as bartenders, servers, retail clerks and front desk staff). Breck 101 will run from December 5-18 and will provide these workers an opportunity to experience activities that visitors come to Breckenridge to do at no cost to them.

“If it’s your job to speak to guests all day, we want you to participate,” Tourism office Community Affairs & Destination Management Director Tessa Breder says. “We know these are the things you’re asked on the job every single day, and we want you to be able to answer those questions from experience and really understand all of our local business offerings.”
